This project is studied on design ,how to work and test result of system control for TIG welding. Instruction of work, first change 220 volt. 50 Hz.  AC voltage into 311 volt. DC  voltage  by  rectifier and filter circuit. Then that DC voltage is changed into 29 KHz. pulse current  by POWER MOSFET  in half  bridge  converter circuit. In this project we use IC SG3526 to control frequency and time that make POWER MOSFET on and use microcontroller to control welding current, time ON–OFF of argon gas and time ON–OFF of high voltage. DC output voltage of this project is 54 volt. when no load and  23 amp maximum welding current.
