This thesis describe a developing of True RMS voltmeter project from root means square function. The aim of this is concernted with an analytical RMS function and then synthesis True RMS voltmeter circuit witch consist of descrete electronics devices. Theexperimental result almost nearly specification of IC 26569 and IC MC1495 However multiplier function circuit logarithm amplifier and nonlinear amplifier has been discussed. But not synthesis circuit.Prototype circuit of True RMS voltmeter has been show.
