The objectives of this special project consists of, first studying the design of ferrocement, second, building a rest-house diameter 4 meters, third, comparing cost between ferrocement and reinforcement and fourth, studying the mechanical properties of ferrocement Ferrocement design process is similar to reinforcement design process. The 2 height, and 4 meters diiameter rest-house was built by using ferrocement material. With high bending strength capability, its thickness was 5 cm. Ferrocement structure lets cheaper cost than reinforcement structure by comparing equal area. The result of a compressive strength testing revealed that the average value of the compressive strength of ferrocement was 100 ksc.
