At the present time the heat transfer is needed and more essential in small and big size industial factories that result to research and develop the heat transfer technologies for improving thermal heat exchanger efficiency .This project is to study many factors such as fins , inserted spring in the tube and spiral in the tube ,effecting on the heat exchanger efficiency . The study is made by changing the flow characteristics In the inner tube with a view to finding the relation between flow in the outer and inner tubes . EffectsOf flow characteristics on heat transfer performance and pressure drop in the heat exchanger in investigated experimentally . The results obtained compared with data of normal flow heat exchanger at the same conditions. Summary, Spring is best performane at low flow rate and Spiral tube is best performance at high flow rate from three experiments.
