Now a day storage technology is constantly evolving, from the past to now, beginning from store data by represent data in character based but when the amount of data is increasing the possibility of error increased and search time to retrieve data is increased too. The centralized networked databaseis used to remedy this problem. Data is to be send from each workstation to store in the central when it is changed, this ensures that data in the centralized database is mostly up-to-date. Even though database is used but the possible error is existing, this error is occur by human when they input data to the system. The most favorite way to deal this problem is by using barcode which can reduce the possible error effectively. This paper describes the used of database with can receive input from barcode to reduce the possible error from the input process and it is implemented to use in the education system of Julaporn high school of Chaingrai to be the prototype.
