Recently, In the work system of library’s resource analytical department have a work functionsuch as analytical book code, insert book data in the Innopac database. Analytical book code is analytical author code and analytical header code. Analytical author code can search author code from author code book. Analytical header code can search header code from header code book or header code database on internet. Thus work system of library’s resource department has complexity work. Insert book data in the Innopac database necessary has plenty of skilled and understandingMARC format of Innopac system user. Due to MARC format of Innopac system has difficult to understand and has tag field which is meaningless for insert book data. This thesis shows to solve problem of work system of library’s resource analytical department. Solution of work system of library’s resource analytical department necessary has program which is management database for author code and header code and build form insert bookdata that ease to use. Form insert book data that build for program necessary has MARC format standard and has data field where meaning. I have called this program “Book Code Management Program”.
