A High Frequency Saturable Reactor PWM Phase-Shift Controller Zero Voltage Switching DC Power Supply

This thesis describes controlling scheme of high frequency satuable reactor for full bridge converter switching power supply. Pule Width Modulation (PWM) signal is used to controlling switching circuit and reactor is controlled by feedback control for maintain constant output voltage. By using full-bridge convertor in switching circuit at the frequency of 80 kHz 1.5 kw and output 42 volt. In feedback control, satuable reactor control an alternating of output voltage to maintain constant output voltage. This principle is easy for filter circuit designing because the frequency of switching is constant. Endurable equipment , easy control circuit , wide range in controlling output voltage make switching circuit more accurate Dead Time is limited in the suitale.
