This research mainly presents the Component Software Development that based on COM (Component Object Model) technology. This technology is used to develop other technologies such as ActiveX that is technology used in Internet software. To use Com-based technology to develop software will give products good benefits from technology such as reused software that is not dependent on development tools etc. Furthermore in this research also presents a method to build Com-based software such as ActiveX Control, ActiveX Document, ActiveX Server and ActiveX Scripting.
