 This thesis presents the design and implementation a data transmission system of a television signal. The system composes of a transmitter and a receiver module. The transmitter module uses LM1881 to disperse any sinc signals and microcontroller 8031 to count scanning lines. Data will be transmittes in the form of standard series pattern, Universal Asynchronous Receiver-Transmitter (UART).
