This project presents the design development and modification of the coconut peeling machine. By using the shearing mechanics, the coconut peeling machine in this design consists of two machines. The first peeling machine is for peeling the head and the bottom of coconut shells. While the second machine is designed for peeling around the coconut shells between the head and the bottom part of coconut. After modifying the machine, the experiment will by set. At varying cutting speed to obtain optimum operating condition.
