One of the important factors that make us get the construction job is the price for bidding. So that the estimation must be close to the actual price. And when we get the job, we have to control the quantity so that it is close to our estimation. The problem about estimation is that it takes so much time to do and prone to errors. Another factor is that the quantity is the part of the cost controlling. These two parts are not related to each other yet. So this project is the program that can estimate the reinforced concrete structures and architecture items that related to the Cost Code or LEST2000 that can help us solve the earlier problems by reducing time and providing the quantity for the Cost Controlling. LEST2000 is the program that made the building estimation easier by relating with the Cost Code.
