The   objective   of   automatic   juice   extractor    design   is   to   develop   appropriate   process   for   extracting   the   various   sizes   of   oranges.  This  process  works   under   the   pneumatic  system  which  is  controlled  by  electricity. A  pneumatic  cylinder can  squeezes   two   oranges   per   time   then  ,  proceed   orange   to   distributed  dish   set   which   supply   each   one    to  squeeze   set. The  description  of  cone   head  design   is  cone  at  60  degree   and  has   a  knife   to   open   an   orange   skin.   For   this   method,   the   orange   juice   has   more   and   less   bitter.  The   remaining,   orange   skin, on  cone   has   spring  to  push   the   orange   into   bin.   From   this   experiment,   the   automatic   juice  extractor   ability   crush   orange   juice   very   much  at  three  bar  in  pressure  and  press   sleepily  for  four   seconds   of   cone head   to  gain  the   rate   of   the   juice   extractor   about   1093   pieces   per   hour.
