The vertical seed plate garlic planter was driven by ground wheel which has 1 meter perimeter. The garlic bulbs was transported from a garlic hopper pass through inclined channel. Then it was filled in each grove of the vertical seed plate (one groove for one bulb). The garlic bulb in each groove was turned to the entrance of seed tube and lay down in the furrow. The distance between bulbs and furrow was 10 centimeters. Then the fertilizer manure will be flown cover the bulbs The test of garlic planter had been occurred in soil bin. The dimension of soil bin is 0.95 meters wide, 12 meters long and 0.2 meter height. It was pulled by 4 kilowatts motor traction as a trolley car. The result from forward speed 13.39 Km/hr and perimetrical speed of the vertical seed plate 0.1 m/s. The lowest variation of seed per meter and seed spacing at various speed of the vertical seed plate were performed at 16 centimeters high of seed tube, the shoe type opener, forward speed at 1.39 kilometers per hour, 0% broken, 9% up side down and 4.70% slip. The average garlic bulbs were 7.67 bulbs per meter and 13.35 centimeters seed spacing.
