While the second part deals effective application of the quality control method for these works. Data for each part consists of 30 samples from interviewing civil engineers in various construction project. The study finds that main problems in concrete and plastering works are the void in hardenced concrete, the segregation of fresh concrete and the peeling off of plaster.
