EXITATION CURRENT TECHNIC FOR STEPPING MOTOR


There are many methods for activating a stepping motor at high frequency range. The one that is often used for this kind of activating is applying high frequency pulses into the motor. Although this methods is often used, it brings lots of effects such as slipping out of a right position that we’ve expected and when the motor stop moving it causes heat in the motor’s body. This thesis for avoid those effects then sinusoidal activating is presented. In order to decrease an excitation induce voltage, then we join an encoder to the stepping motor. The 0utput of the encoder will be decoded and become sine and cosine signals. Sine cosine signals are sent to a driving motor circuit . For more convenience this thesis connected its system to a computer. Consequently we can verify system error.

CAI System for Learning 8051 Microcontroller

This paper presents the description for single chip micro controller in 8051 family and including example of development for using it. We present it through the Internet network by using the application programs for making the animation to response with user for easily to study by yourself. Because it is quite difficult when you study micro controller by yourself if you didn’t have a background about it. Thus, A CAI on micro controller step by step will make you clear about it . And in the section of example of development for using will make you know how to join micro controller with another equipments such as LED, 7 Segments, Stepping motor and you can change some value for seeing the exchanging of result.

Dynamometer

The thesis describes the design,experiment and invention for the Dynamometer , using the theory of DC Machine consist Motor and Generator. We used Current Regulator for control DC Generator’s braking , work as a Dynamometer and control motor’s speed. About Speed Control in braking state , we used Proportional Control to control close loop that uses feedback signal from Tachogenerator. In display part we use the computer that connect with Microcontroller AT89S8252 Board and I2C Board too. Program show the value of Torque , Speed and Power from testing motor on monitor and control Dynamometer for a moment time. The control program is written by Visual Basic 6.0

Database for Warehouse Model and Inventory Management

This thesis presents an application of programmable logic controller to control the warehouse. The database can be managed by microsoft access program. The presented graphic of warehouse on computer monitor can be achieved by microsoft visual basic. When the product is stored in the warehouse, the program will be updated the database. This system will work with the standard of FIFO (First In-First Out) in order to protect the expiring period of products. The principle objective of the system is to save the warehouse area and decrease the cost of product storage.

Multi Function Energy Meters

This thesis is develop to multi Function Energy Meters. Amplifier and Rectifier change Voltage DC and adjust voltage level interval 0-4.096 volt. And then singnal is converted by analog to digital converter to 10 bit data. Microprocessor computes data from analog to digital converter. The other input voltage/current signal is converter to digital by zerocrossing detector converts voltage level in order to adjust voltage level interval 0-5 volt and passes signal through Phase Comparator and adjust voltage level interval 0-4.096 volt. And then signal is converted by analog to digital converter to 10 bit data. Microprocessor computes data from analog to digital converter

Low-Level Image Processing by Fuzzy Morphology

In this thesis, the fuzzy morphology is described to apply with a low-level image processing. The morphology is a satisfaction when are employed to operate with a binary image. In our scheme, the fuzzy set is combines with morphology to operate on the gray scale images. From experiment results, the fuzzy morphology can be operate both binary and gray-scale, such as, removed noise, contrast, and edge detection etc., which proposed method have a good results.

DC Power Supply

This report describes the design and building a DC POWER SUPPLY that can vary the output voltage from –31 to 0 volt and 0 to +31 volt ,with the maximum output current 1.0Amp , also the fixed output voltage 5 volt, with the maximum output current 0.5Amp is included in this power supply. In each part, there is a protection circuit to protect the components when output is shorted circuit. At the end, power supply has been working successfully as we design. The linear power supply has been tested for the property of load regulation, line regulation, ripple and output value have been shown in the tables in this report.

Invert pendulum 3D Simulation

API OPENGL and DIRECT3D was used to create 3D picture for many years . The mainPurpose of this application is to create advertisement animation and game .Therefore, This Project use the process of creating 3D animation apply to the Invert Pendulum System, to do the Invert Pendulum 3D simulation. The methodology to make the Invert Pendulum 3D simulation is creating the mathematic equation by simulating from the Invert Pendulum System, then passing the parameter of the pendulum position from this mathematic equation to the 3D picture , which is created by DIRECT 3D, will perform animation of the Invert Pendulum 3D simulation.

This thesis presents concerning with standardization and specification of CAN protocol, including of designing and constructing the experimental board for testing operation functions of CAN, so as to better understand operation principle of CAN protocol and also being information for interesting person able to bring development. The experimental board designed as modular of CAN is used with more complicated automatic control system. By which it is designed as modular, application of one is flexible and easy. For instance, general board of MCS-51 is used together with CAN, so as to study convenient and develop next time.

Theexperimental result almost nearly specification of IC 26569 and IC MC1495 However multiplier function circuit logarithm amplifier and nonlinear amplifier has been discussed. But not synthesis circuit.Prototype circuit of True RMS voltmeter has been show.

The Automatic Car Move Around Targets

In this project was designed for increase convenient in the work for check products or small equipment in factory or warehouse. Which have to carry and remove this products to some where after checking finish. This project study principle of microcontroller, stepping motor, dc motor and sensors(infrared and ultrasonic) which this sensors is proximity sensor type. To working start from operator send infrared signal from LED to receiver in body of car. When receiver had receive signal, receiver will send signal to processing at microcontroller. Microcontroller will send data which processed to dc motor for drive a car. While a car is moving, if sensors is check find object, a car can get out of that object by automatic.
