There are consist of functions that can build the system and observe the system behavior by display on oscilloscope then we can learn about system transition from adjust parameters. Designing and tuning the controller gain for controlling a process with an integrator or first-order lag and dead time are studied in this thesis. The system response has inferior performance when a process has long dead time. The Smith Predictor is an effective dead-time compensator but it cannot be used for processes with an integrator and dead time since disturbance will result an offset.
